We care about our products and we'll do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Yet it happens that a product will be damaged during transport or that something else happens that you can claim under warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months after the defect has been detected. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of that - repair or replacement free of charge.
If the product has been damaged during transport, please take photo's, as proof of defect/damage.
It can always happen that something does not go as planned. We advise you first to report all complaints to us by emailing email@example.com. If this does not lead to a solution, then it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not dealt with yet, you are free to complain via the European Union platform.
