If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you have the right to return it and receive the payed price back. This only applies if the packaging and the product are in good condition and reported within 14 days by Whoopzies.
If this is not the case, we can unfortunately not accept this product and you will not receive any money back! Keep this in mind when you take your product out of the packaging.

When you want to return the product, please first send an e-mail to Then you will receive a response within 48 hours with the next steps you have to take. After you received the mail from Whoopzies, you have a period of 14 days to actually return the product.

How do I send something back?

* - Check whether the article meets the conditions below
* - Please report via MAIL that you wish to withdrawal your purchase
* - You will receive a return number from us within 48 hours
* - Enter the received return number on the return form
* - Download the RETURN FORM here
* - Fill the return form completely in and add it to your package
* - Pack the product in a sturdy box with sufficient protection. This prevents damage during transport
* - Send the package with PostNL at, for example, the post office, the Bruna or the AH.

Return conditions:
* - The 14 day withdrawal period will start one day after you have purchased the product
* - Products must be returned in their original packaging
* - The returned product(s) are unused, clean and must be sold as new
* - Clothing, DVDs, books, magazines, candy and gift vouchers can not be returned
* - The shipping costs for returning the items will have to be paid by yourself
* - When you ship the product(s), you're responsible for any damage or loss during transport
* - Pack the product well and keep your proof of shipping safe until you receive notice from us

Exceptions to right of withdrawal
For hygienic reasons we can only take back the following articles when the seal is still intact:

Sex toys (products intended for genital and/or anal contact)
Nipple decoration

Note: When we receive a return shipment that is excluded from the right of withdrawal, we can not take this product back and will be returned to the information we got in our system of your purchase. All costs (administration/personal and shipping) will be on the customer.
